For Existing Swimmers to Manage your Account

  We offer two types of accounts, a 12 lesson plan and a monthly program.  On either plan students attend a weekly 30-minute lesson.  For best results students should attend their regular weekly lesson.    
       
 

Makeup Form
Complete this form if you are missing a class.  We will contact you to schedule you into our Makeup lessons.  We ask that you let us know in advance whenever possible (vacation, religious holidays), or within the week for unexpected absences (sickness, etc). 

Please note that maintaining your regular scheduled class is the best way to see your child advance.  We allow 1 Makeup lesson a month without a doctor's note.  Makeup lessons must be requested within the month of the missed lesson.  Classes missed over a month ago are not eligible for makeup lessons.

  Vacation

  Freeze Account for 1 Month

  To suspend your account for a month, complete this form. This is the best option if you plan to miss 4 weeks and do not want to schedule makeup lessons. This option should be used not more than twice in a calendar year.    
       
  Withdraw/Cancel Account
