Level Two - Front & Back Floats
1-10 Elevator Bobs
2-Front and Back Ready Position

5 Jump In and Return to the Wall

Level Three - Kicking with Straight legs
1-15 Elevator Bobs
2-Kick w/ Kickboard front & back 15 feet
3-Front & Back Straight Leg Kick 15 feet
4-Dolpin Kicks 15 feet
5-Jump In, Roll Over, and Float

Level Four - Developing Freestyle
1-5 sitting Bobs
2-15 feet Side Glide Kick
3-15 feet Side Glide 1 Stroke
4-15 feet Side Glide 3 Strokes
5-Streamline Dolphin Kick

Level Five - Freestyle with Bilateral Breathing
1-15 Streamline bobs
2-Free style drill – zipper
3-25 ft free style with bilateral breathing
4-Dolphin kick on kick board
